Hardcap™ A1+ Bump Cap
HardCap™ A1+ is the original fabric cover bump cap by JSP, with sleek low profile making it almost impossible to distinguish from a standard baseball cap. In testing, the HardCap™ A1+ exceeded the tougher requirements set out in the A1 amendment of EN 812.
Designed as a safeguard against accidental bumping or scraping of the head, for use in areas where safety helmets are NOT required. Bump caps can be suitable for use in situations where stationary structures pose a risk to the head, such as working around low ceilings, pipework, or on an automated production line.
Bump caps are NOT designed for use in AS/NZS 1801 designated helmet areas.

Fit and Comfort
Unique one-handed adjuster for quick and easy fitting, providing a comfortably tight fit for head sizes from 53-64cm.
All Round Protection
The protective liner protects against impacts from the sides as well as from above. It is also removable, so the outer cap is fully washable for hygiene purposes and extended life cycle.
Sweatband
Terry towelling sweatband adds comfort and absorption for the wearer.
Easy Cleaning
The HardCap™ A1+ protective liner is removable, allowing the fabric cover to be machine washed for optimum hygiene.
Increased Visibility
