The purpose built EVOGuard®M Forestry Helmet System and replacement forestry visors have a host of features designed in-house by the JSP R&D team. Developed over three years, EVOGuard® adheres to a strict brief to combine maximum comfort and protection with simple, effortless maintenance.
Three high performance forestry visors are available, enabling users to select the perfect visor for their task and price point. Visors are fully compatible with the complete JSP Evolution® helmet range in addition to the purpose built EVOGuard®M Forestry Helmet System.
Extensive research with end users established that a balanced, secure fit is essential. The self-lubricating nylon hinges used to fit to browguard or helmet hold the visor securely in position even during extreme movement, whilst offering balanced weight distribution essential for comfortable wear.
The standard EVOGuard®M Forestry Helmet System employs an EVO®5 safety helmet, featuring an extremely robust ABS shell designed for superior protection. The EVOGuard®M Forestry Helmet System accepts a range of alternative helmet models from the Evolution® range for maximum compatibility and versatility to suit varying work environments and wearer preferences.
The EVOGuard®M Forestry Helmet System features an easy to use Revolution® wheel ratchet and 3D adjustment harness, offering 1-2-3 point depth adjustment for increased adaptability to ensure a perfect, secure fit to a wide range of head shapes.
The EVOGuard® range has been specifically designed to maximise compatibility with a range of JSP PPE, including EVO® helmet models as well as the Force™8 PressToCheck™ respirator, Springfit™ disposable masks and the Sonis® helmet mounted ear defender range.
The EVOGuard®C Industrial Browguard System has been developed to integrate seamlessly with Sonis® helmet mounted ear defenders. The Sonis® range has been tested and certified compatible with the EVOGuard®C Industrial Browguard System and all JSP Evolution® safety helmets.
EVOGuard®M Forestry Helmet and Forestry Browguard Systems both feature a secondary layer of integrated eye protection. Factory-fitted to each unit, EVOSpec® polycarbonate retractable eyeshield conforms to EN166.1.F with clear and smoke lens variants available, meaning no need to compromise on eye and face protection.
